There are 2 parking spaces at the front of the building (facing the communal garden) marked Number 7. Please only park here and display the passes, found inside the apartment, in your car.
Go to the left of the building and up the stairs. Number 7 is the last door on your right.
The key box is on the wall opposite the door. We will let you know the code.
Please leave the key in the box and passes on the console on departure.

1 well behaved dog is welcome in the flat.
Please do not let dogs on the furniture and avoid leaving them alone in the flat, as barking will cause a nuisance to the neighbours.
Bring your own dog bed, poo bags, food and water bowls.
Keep your dog on a lead around the apartment block and communal garden. This is the management rules. Please pick up any poop and dispose of in the regular outdoor waste bin.
Return keys to keysafe and parking passes to the console.
Turn radiators to low and the one behind the TV off
Log out of any streaming services e.g. Netflix
Leave the bedding on the beds and towels in the bath
The heating is on a flat-shared system and comes on 7:30am - 10am & 4:30pm - 9:30pm depending on the outside temperature. You can control the radiator thermostat in each room to suit your needs during these hours.
There is a water tank in the family bedroom. It is set to heat overnight and should be enough for the day. If you need more hot water press the "boost" button on the control panel inside the cupboard. Please don't adjust the timers.
There is a fan in the flat if you need it.
The main collection points for the bins is down the main stairs and to the right by the wooden gate. You will need the blue fob key to enter and exit the bin area.
There is a main waste bin plus individual collection bins for paper, glass, tin and plastic. Please separate recycling and put in the correct bins or they can be refused to be collected. I don't want to be the flat that got the bins uncollected!
WiFi is available in the flat. As we are in Anglesey it isn't the fastest for uploading but should be ok for moderate use.
There is a Smart TV in the lounge.
As we have kids, you'll find some games, buckets & spades, kites, books etc
Fully-stocked kitchen including cafetiere, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine
If anything breaks please let us know so we can replace for the next guests.
There is a sofa cleaning kit available for any emergency spills
There's so much choice for supermarkets in Trearddur Bay / Holyhead including:
The Stores (wine, deli, Cook freezer meals).
Spar
Tesco (LL65 2UH). Also has fuel. We have used Tesco for food deliveries.
Morrisons (LL65 2ZZ). Also has fuel.
Aldi (LL65 2UQ)
Lidl (LL65 2BS)
B&M (LL65 2TJ)
The management has a noise policy in place for the comfort of all residents and guests. Between 11pm - 7am please do not have music, tv, vacuum cleaner etc on, also no singing during these hours (sorry!). Between 9am - 9pm, external areas of the apartments must also abide by these rules. These are management rules and reported incidents of us failing to comply can result in us losing our lease. If other apartments are causing noise issues, please let us know and if you feel comfortable, please let them know as we won't be able to contact them immediately as they may also be holiday guests.
Strictly no smoking or vaping in the apartment.
If you've forgotten anything, no fear, there's the best retail park just on the other side of the A55. (LL65 2UQ) You'll find a B&M, Home Bargains, Argos, Aldi, Tesco Extra, Morrisons and New Look. What more could you need!
